The pay range is $111,200.00 - $200,200.00

Product Strategy within Roundel is accountable for the delivery of business outcomes enabled through external vendors, internal product and partnerships. 

 

As a Sr Products Ops Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the product portfolio by bringing data and insights about our users into conversations.  You will leverage product experience to engage multiple levels of product in the creation and implementation of team routines that reflect product thinking and connection to OKRs as well as enable portfolio level intention maps that fuel collaboration across product.  You will be responsible for bringing visibility to dependencies and risks across the portfolio and providing visibility of progress to our Product KPIs through metric visualization and analysis. You are accountable for collaborating broadly across our product and operations teams to improve our core competencies around strategic planning, portfolio health, and communication.  

 

Your core responsibilities include: 

  • Develops a communication framework for our product portfolio to provide visibility to the progress and KPIs associated to the technical investment.  Includes analyzing pricing trends across O&O and preparing data to inform the strategy 

  • Owns portfolio health metrics, measurement support and consults/coaches on product insights 

  • Develops and advocates for best practices in tools, processes, documentation and communication across the product teams and with stakeholders 

  • Educates Product and Business Stakeholders on core product skills and understanding 

  • Manage O&O support slack channel  

  • Partner with trading teams to assist with O&O campaign troubleshooting  

  • Help manage O&O relationships: this includes monitoring spend, rates, yield and providing troubleshoot support  

  • Provide visibility and progress for key stakeholders by publishing a monthly newsletter

About you: 

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience 

  • 6+ years of experience across product, operations, digital media, or analytics (or a combination)  

  • Strong data and analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights to drive product outcomes 

  • Experience working in an agile environment (e.g. user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas) 

  • Strong ability to self-organize and lead through ambiguity 

  • Ability to communicate complex concepts in easy-to-understand terminology across Sr. Leadership, Operations, Product, and Technology  

  • Ability to influence peers, partners, and senior leaders to find common ground, push for consistency where possible and navigate competing interests. With the ability to effectively facilitate cross-functional conversations.  

  • Change management experience and competency 

  • Curiosity and passion for problem solving 

  • Experience creating and delivering product tools & stakeholder materials 

 

 

 

This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs.  A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.  A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
