Job Description:
UPS is seeking a strategic, data-driven Director of Growth Marketing to lead our brand identify, awareness and customer lifecycle and performance marketing efforts and drive scalable revenue growth for our B2B ancillary business units including insurance, risk & fraud, and digital supply chain orchestration. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this high-impact role will develop a brand identify for the business and execute a global digital strategy across multiple products and customer segments. You will own the full performance marketing engine—overseeing paid media campaigns, optimizing the marketing funnel, and generating qualified leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
