Job Description:

Better and fairer care.  Always.

At St Vincent’s Care, kindness works for us. For over 165 years, we’ve been a leading provider of aged care, driven by a legacy of compassion and integrity. As we launch our exciting Bringing Care Home vision, we are taking high-quality, personal care directly into the homes of our communities nationwide.

We are looking for a special kind of person - a St Vincent's kind of person. Someone who puts compassion, connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do.

The Marketing Campaign Coordinator supports the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across St Vincent’s Care’s key service lines, including Residential Aged Care, Home Care, Retirement Living, Recruitment and Brand. Working closely with the Campaign Manager and wider marketing team, you will help coordinate timelines, briefs, approvals and campaign assets across digital, print and in‑person channels, ensuring activity is delivered on time and aligned with brand and compliance standards.

We have an exciting fixed term full-time contract until 31 December 2026 available now. This opportunity is ideal for an organised, detail‑oriented marketing professional looking to grow their career in a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven environment.

At St Vincent’s Care, marketing plays a key role in supporting healthy ageing and connected care across Australia. The Campaign Coordinator contributes to meaningful work that strengthens trust, builds demand and helps older Australians live with dignity, independence and connection.

  • Coordinate timelines, tasks, and approvals to support the smooth delivery of campaigns across all service lines
  • Assist in the preparation of campaign briefs and ensure effective information sharing with internal stakeholders like design and digital teams
  • Manage the production of campaigns, including styling and running photo-shoots and assisting with interviews
  • Liaise with external agencies and vendors for quotes, logistics, and creative delivery
  • Manage the delivery of events, including venue selection, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Maintain campaign calendars, asset libraries, and oversee marketing invoices for timely payment
  • Gather campaign data and format presentations to support post-campaign reviews

Things that work for us:

  • Demonstrated experience in a marketing support role including internships or entry-level positions
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced skills in writing and editing for a variety of channels with high attention to detail
  • Understanding of core marketing channels (print, digital, events) and familiarity with project management platforms or CMS tools
  • A collaborative, inclusive style with a desire to learn and uphold the core values of St Vincent’s
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline

Things that work for you:

  • Competitive salary packaging options up to $15,990, Novated leasing, plus an optional Meals and Entertainment card up to $2,650 per annum
  • Flexible working arrangements
  • Opportunity to work for the nation’s largest Catholic not-for-profit health and aged care provider, with a rapidly growing and progressive vision
  • Friendly team environment with a great community care spirit
  • Ability to visibly see your impact on the business and its service
  • No cost uniforms and training
  • Free annual flu vaccination
  • Employee Assistance Program for staff and their families
  • Access to the Fitness Passport (FP)
