What You'll Do

As the Senior Producer for KWS you'll work on the development and live operations of our free Kids Web Services products, helping to keep kids safe in their gaming experience. You’ll be responsible for owning the outcome for each new feature delivered to our partners.

In this role, you will

  • Work with the KWS Product & Engineering teams and others across Epic to ensure delivery of high quality, timely features to our partners
  • Work with our third party verification providers to ensure that we are taking full advantage of their services in a cost-effective way
  • Represent KWS across Epic Games in collaboration with Producers and others from across the organisation Drive long-term initiatives across KWS and other teams by managing risks, deadlines and sometimes ambiguous requirements
  • Work with our TAM, engineering and product teams to ensure smooth integration of new partners using our services Take ownership of KWS processes and project management tooling

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience working in a production role where you've managed cross-functional teams in the creation and delivery of complex online services
  • Ability to create, track, and maintain complex schedules
  • Proficient in running teams with agile methodologies such as scrum and kanban
  • Deep understanding of software development process, and project management practices
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills both oral and written
  • Experience working with third party solution providers
  • Exposure to data regulation and legislation (eg. COPPA, GDPR, etc.)

This role is open to multiple locations across North America (excluding CA, NY, & WA).
