Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute engagement strategies for internal and external stakeholders — including leadership teams, employees, partners, and external audiences when appropriate.
  • Ensure proactive and reactive communication approaches are calibrated to preserve trust and credibility.

Content Leadership & Multi-Channel Execution

  • Oversee creation of impactful content across platforms — from leadership messaging and briefings to digital assets, presentations, training, and toolkits.
  • Ensure content reinforces strategic priorities, fosters clarity, and drives action across audiences.
  • Partner with communications, HR, and business leaders to scale best practices and amplify key messages.

Portfolio Integration & Governance

  • Collaborate across functions to ensure communications and change strategies are integrated with broader transformation efforts.
  • Establish standards, playbooks, and measurement frameworks that support consistent excellence across portfolio companies.
  • Monitor and evaluate communications effectiveness, iterating to maximize reach and impact.

  • Strategic Leadership: Proven aptitude for advising senior leaders, shaping narrative, and influencing through communication.
  • Operational Mindset: Comfortable partnering with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into execution.
  • Content Excellence: Strong track record of developing high-impact communications and training materials across channels.
