Who will you be working with?
Railroad Friction Products Corporation designs and manufactures high-friction and low-friction composition, sintered brake shoes, specialty shoes, and disc brake linings for freight, locomotive and transit vehicles. In addition to rail friction, we also develop and manufacture power sport, wind, mining, rubber and other industrial applications.
How will you make a difference?
As the Friction and Rubber Sales Manager, reporting to the Sales Director of Product Line, you will be responsible for the delivery of all aspects of the Sales function including bringing in new business and growing current accounts.

Work environment will include office, test, manufacturing areas and customer sites. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to work near moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles on, around and under rail vehicles; outdoor weather conditions (rain, wind, snow, cold, heat) and extreme heat (non-weather). Employee will sometimes perform work in plant or in field that will be dirty. The noise level in the work environment (outside of the office) is usually moderate. Working in field may occasionally require hearing protection.
Travel will be up to 40%, including some International travel.
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary range for this role is between $86,000- $159,100. The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a performance bonus. While this position is remote, it may include occasional work at a Wabtec office/site or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager.
