That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?

In short, we are looking for a motivated and disciplined individual looking to contribute to a result oriented and high-performance team. The Mail and Allocation Coordinator is responsible for checking in and securing titles received from auctions, title vendors, and internal departments for routing and distribution to the appropriate teams.

  • Audit and maintain the integrity of title movement through systematic updates
  • Safeguard and secure titles and supporting documentation in assigned and tracked locations
  • Utilize allocation reporting to pull and distribute titles daily to dealerships, vendors, auctions or insurance companies
  • Use designated reporting to guide title movement based on inventory disposition
  • Complete specialized processing of titles for designated retail allocations
  • Utilize Electronic Vehicle Registration system to input the submission, approval and transfer of ownership for titles to assigned dealerships
  • Answer and respond to incoming communication from internal partners
  • Meet daily production expectations while maintaining high levels of accuracy

  • Passionate and goal oriented. We are looking for someone that is enthusiastic about their work and is passionate about not only meeting their goals but exceeding them.

The Specifics.

  • High School or GED required
  • This team works Monday through Friday from 7 am to 4 pm
