Position Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement and supply‑chain strategies for engine programs.
Manage supplier technical performance, qualifications, and non‑conformance resolution.
Partner closely with Program teams and the engine company to align priorities, resolve technical and schedule issues, and support production/readiness activities.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and Logistics to ensure production readiness and resolve supplier‑related technical issues.
Identify and mitigate supply‑chain risks (capacity, single source, obsolescence); maintain forecasts and supplier scorecards.
Mentor junior staff and lead cost‑reduction and process‑improvement initiatives that deliver measurable impact.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
10+ years’ of experience in supplier technical evaluation and technical performance management
10+ years of experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectives
10+ years' experience functioning in a cross-functional environment
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Masters Degree
Experience in Supply Chain Management, and/or Procurement practices and processes
Experience with the Production Readiness Assessment (PRA) process
Experience in contract negotiations and/or pricing
Experience applying critical thinking to understand inter-relationships of business decisions
Experience with Project Management
Experience in a role which required strong interpersonal and communication skills

Summary pay range:
Level 4:$110,500 – $149,500
Level 5: $138,550 - $187,450
