Job Description Summary

Responsible for the management of the design and implementation of the manufacturing processes in line with the industrial requirements, operational needs and objectives of the site. Oversee Maintenance, Facilities, Digital and Industrialization teams.

Job Description

  • Responsible for the management of the design and implementation of the manufacturing fixtures, processes and layout in line with the operational needs, industrial requirements and the objectives of the site.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of industrialization plans
  • Oversee and manage CAPEX process and budget
  • Manage and assure maintenance, tool/fixture and industrial budget is aligned with the financials of the site
  • Lead/Support plant capacity studies and related actions with the Operation Leaders of each product line.
  • Responsible for industrial risk identification and implementation of relevant associated improvement actions.
  • Oversee Facilities management function including the GE partners and third party contractors.
  • Build the plan and implement tooling and other specific manufacturing equipment.
  • Ensure engineering support to the Production team during the manufacturing and testing of products.
  • Ensure the timely and effective development and manufacturing of aids and tools
  • Lead efforts around digitalization to reduce waste in manual processes
  • Ensure continuous improvement in terms of standardization, technologies, architecture, best practices etc. with input from the Engineering team.
  • Responsible for the management of the obsolescence of components/parts to guarantee the manufacturability and repeatability of the products.
  • Responsible for the leadership, direction, coordination and performance of all assigned maintenance and facility support activities.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a comparable discipline and a minimum of 8 years of industrial experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience implementing and sustaining continuous improvement (Lean)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations/maintenance management

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $104,600.00 and $174,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

 

 

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
