As Business Analysis Manager (Workforce Management & Payroll HRIS), you will play a key role in Stryker’s European payroll initiative to ensure a successful launch of a regional payroll design, including the implementation of a new workforce management system, with interfaces to/from Workday, the payroll provider and downstream systems. 

What you will do:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the HR and payroll teams and act as a liaison between the vendors, HRIS, IT teams and HR Operations.
  • Build a strong understanding of the functional processes within the end-to-end timekeeping and payroll services.
  • Determine each country’s payroll and timekeeping requirements and apply this understanding to HRIS strategies and implementations. 
  • Improve the business analysis function through best practices, process management, mentoring, and education.
  • Manage relationships with high level business stakeholders.
  • Ensure adequate sustainment and improvement activities for each system/integration.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to drive consensus on the best solution to business problems and the delivery of new solutions and enhancements.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of requirements, configuration, and testing of system changes.
  • Serve as a strong consultative partner to business and functional leaders to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Lead governance process, road mapping exercises and cross-functional resource planning.
  • Drive the deployment of feature releases and system maintenance, ensuring stakeholder requirements are met.
  • Perform feasibility assessment of system modifications and enhancements.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Information systems preferred 
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience
  • Payroll and timekeeping system implementation experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with Workday & UKG (Kronos) strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting multiple countries/payrolls
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to understand system interfaces/integrations
  • Experience configuring/programming an HR system preferred
  • Knowledge of integration design and implementation preferred
  • Experience documenting complex processes and presenting them in a clear and understandable format
  • Experience understanding, evaluating, and recommending changes to business processes
  • Ability to connect technology to business needs
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects
