The Commercial Enablement and Learning team is a multidisciplinary team dedicated to training and learning, sales content guidance and management as well as leading sales programs that increases the effectiveness and efficiency of the commercial organization. We are hiring a Snr Training Coordinator to support the team on executing best-in-class learning experiences for the commercial team.

This role will be in the program management function of the team, responsible for scheduling, coordinating training, drive internal continuous improvement projects and process automation to improve efficiencies. This individual will analyze and assess data, measuring the impact of training programs producing reports.  The role will also work with a global team and must be effective in verbal and written communications.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update course schedule in the LMS

  • Confirm attendees and run rosters

  • Assist in the preparation of course materials for deployment in the LMS

  • Requires frequent communication and some virtual collaboration with the members of the Commercial Enablement, Learning & Performance Center and other Fortrea employees.

  • Work with members of the Commercial Enablement and Global Learning Team to coordinate global leaning sessions effectively (virtual or face to face)

  • Provides administrative support to Commercial Enablement and Global Learning Team

  • Maintain Commercial Enablement Mailbox within business specified timelines by processing new requests submitted by approved business stakeholders, facilitating online content review/publishing process and troubleshooting or assisting with question/issue resolution

  • Administer updates to assignments and curricula in the LMS

  • Run ad hoc reports from the LMS as needed

  • Manages the Commercial Enablement and Learning training record process

  • Support SOPs/Policies that govern the learning organization and represents at audit

  • Works collaboratively with Global Learning and Commercial Enablement Trainers to ensure that the training quality standards are met

  • Maintains and applies knowledge of technical training theories and techniques to sustain overall training effectiveness

  • Support client audits as LMS subject matter expert

  • Ensures team adherence to content management standards as outlined in the associated guidance document and maintains the repository

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications (Minimum Required):

  • University/college degree – life sciences preferred but not required

  • Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements.

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Experience (Minimum Required):

  • 1- 3 years relevant learning management and/or development experience in a pharmaceutical company or CRO Or 1-3 training coordination

  • Saba cloud experience preferred

  • Strong computer skills, including high proficiency in MS Office Suites essential 3+ years in a position requiring strong multi-tasking ability/skills.

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and ability to analyze data

  • Experience with SharePoint

  • Management of multiple projects

  • Understand of clinical trials and working in a  commercial environment

  • Quality & compliance tracking

Preferred Qualifications Include:

  • University/college degree – life sciences preferred but not required

Physical Demands / Work Environment:

  • Standard office environment

  • Must be able to work at a computer keyboard 6-8 hours per day.

  • Other relevant facts - flexibility in scheduling to support a global team is a plus
