Associate Support Engineer is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations by collecting and formulating data for the reports. The job also provides administrative support to verify data from CSV files and/or database.
【Responsibilities】
Provides operation supports for assisting business transactions and reports with operation related data.
Maintains data support operation manuals, creates reports, assist day-to-day transaction, automation processes.
Participates in meetings for data collection and reporting and proactively support operation issues with data and records.
Be a point person for mailing with 3rd party solutions like Apple care. This requires some English communication.
Create Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports for programs and coordinate it with appropriate departments.
Other duties and projects as assigned by managers or the company
【Basic Requirements】
Minimum 3 years of work experience in IT or Backend office in any industries such as Mobile, Supply chain, Technology, and etc…
Having basic understanding of relational database, automation (RPA), file transfer, security, etc
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint, and Zoom
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
