Inspire, grow, and provide clear leadership to a team of high-performing, data-driven marketers who, under your leadership, will deliver qualified and predictable sales pipeline at scale. Partner cross-functionally with leaders in sales, CS, partnerships, and marketing to establish quarterly priorities and set targets for new prospect generation and active pipeline acceleration - leading the development of strategic and tactical plans to attain those targets. Develop and execute regional integrated campaigns for target segments that leverage differentiated positioning to create engagement across a wide range of channels: digital, email, web, direct mail, PPC, 3rd party paid media, first and third-party events, and ABX. Simplify complicated analyses to communicate clear performance narratives to our executive leadership. Partnering with our revenue and marketing operations teams to evolve easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards for the team such as: demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, events, and strategic KPIs. Set a vision and strategy for growing the share of wallet (cross-sell, up-sell) leveraging a mix of highly personalized programs, virtual and physical events, and peer community interactions. Experiment creatively and closely analyze the effectiveness (pipe-to-spend ratio) of regional marketing programs to learn and optimize future programs. Set the standard for pre-during-post event journeys for top-tier industry and brand events and our regional and national hosted events.
