Join our dynamic Product Marketing cluster as we expand, bringing on a new member to focus on the technical go-to-market strategy for Elastic Observability. As a Product Marketing Engineer (PME), you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how we connect with users, developing a deep technical understanding of their challenges, and showcasing how Elastic uniquely addresses them.

You'll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and field teams, integrating customer feedback to refine our offerings and equip the field with the training and content needed to effectively demonstrate observability use cases. Master both the technical nuances of our products and the art of delivering engaging, authentic demos that resonate with our audience. If you're passionate about technology and storytelling, and you thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Maintain and enhance demo environments to effectively showcase compelling use cases as new product features are released.

  • Streamline automation and processes to ensure demo maintenance is efficient, reliable, and scalable.
  • Provide timely training and update content to enable the field team with the latest product capabilities.
  • Author technical blogs that highlight Elastic’s technology and platform, driving thought leadership and engagement.
  • Deliver technical enablement sessions, including demo recordings and webinars, to educate and inspire.
  • Influence the product roadmap by providing market and customer insights that shape priorities.
  • Measure and track demo usage and adoption to continuously improve effectiveness and impact.
  • Represent Elastic at industry events, showcasing our products and engaging with the community.
