We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable Labeling Designer who will contribute to compliant, high-quality labeling solutions in a regulated healthcare environment.
This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in structured environments, values precision, and is motivated to contribute to continuous improvement in labeling processes and tools.
Your Role
As a Labeling Designer, you will support global product development and release activities by contributing to the creation, management, and optimization of labeling assets and systems.
You will:
Develop and enhance labeling artwork using tools such as Adobe InDesign, Bartender, and other authoring platforms, driving accuracy and continuous improvement.
Support Labeling Specialists in artwork creation and updates, ensuring alignment with project timelines and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate labeling deliverables within broader design and product development scopes.
Manage and maintain configuration files and associated tools to ensure consistency across environments; contribute to automation initiatives where applicable.
Utilize content management and workflow platforms such as Windchill, Monday.com, SmartSheet, and related systems.
Identify and help resolve routine performance or process bottlenecks to maintain efficient development and deployment pipelines.
Contribute to the documentation of processes, procedures, and system configurations; actively participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to medical device labeling, and proactively enhance your technical expertise.
You're the right fit if you have:
High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years of medical labeling experience, or Bachelor’s Degree with or without prior medical labeling experience.
Minimum 2 years of medical labeling experience
ISO standards for medical devices
Strong attention to detail and document control discipline
Ability to operate effectively within structured, regulated workflows
Collaborative mindset with the ability to support global stakeholders
Continuous improvement orientation and willingness to adopt new technologies and methodologies
Conversational English proficiency (written and verbal)
Nice to Have
Associate Degree in Labeling Design or Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences.
Experience in a regulated environment (medical device, pharmaceutical, or similar).
Certifications in InDesign, Bartender, or enLabel.
Experience with: SmartSheet, Adobe Creative SuiteAdvanced
