Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Advisor Onboarding Training Leader to shape the growth and success of our experienced advisor onboarding team and the Financial Advisors we support. This role is pivotal in ensuring our team members and new recruits have the tools, knowledge, and confidence to thrive. As the Training Leader, you will design and deliver customized training programs, onboard new team members, and oversee the development of training materials for incoming Financial Advisors. You’ll partner with operational and enterprise leaders to stay ahead of business changes, drive accountability for training initiatives, and create efficiencies that reduce risk and enhance performance. In this role, you will:
Develop customized training plans for the Experienced Advisor Onboarding team to ensure necessary knowledge basis is achieved.
Onboard new team members to the team to assist with their fluency in the position.
Drive accountability for assigned training initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.
Own and review training materials and approach for new Financial Advisor recruits we support.
Partner with operational and enterprise leaders to learn of new changes in the business that the team will need to be aware of.
Assist with data management request of the team.
Collaborate and consult with members of the Experienced Advisor Onboarding team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
Influence, guide and lead less experienced strategy and execution staff within the group
Travel onsite to train team members while on transition.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with onboarding financial advisors to the firm.
Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels

This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Internal transfers are subject to compliance with 17 CFR 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws, Article III, Section 3, which states that Associated Persons should not be subject to statutory disqualification. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and are required to report certain incidents.

Information will be shared about expectations during the recruitment process.
This offer is contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation (both domestic and international, if applicable) which may include fingerprinting, required regulatory reviews and ongoing regulatory and compliance requirements, additional screening and self-reporting of certain incidents for continued employment. All employees must also meet Wells Fargo’s fidelity bond requirements. Your start date may change depending upon the time it takes to complete this process.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
