Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and experienced Executive to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Record Management Services facilities, supervising on-ground teams, and ensuring the seamless, on-time delivery of projects according to the defined scope of work. You will join a collaborative team dedicated to integrating warehouse operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety and security for our facilities.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage daily warehouse operations across multiple sites to achieve productivity targets and ensure qualitative project delivery.

  • Collaborate with in-house and vendor-managed teams to execute facility consolidations, migrations, and Record Information Management projects.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and key performance indicators, specifically focusing on retrieval, refiling, and scanning accuracy.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in managing multiple operational sites and warehouse facilities.

  • Strong knowledge of Record Information Management operations, including racking, put-away, and Information on Demand scanning.

  • Proven ability in leadership and Turnaround Time (TAT) management, with a high proficiency in Google Sheets for Management Information System (MIS) reporting.

  • A Bachelor’s degree (required), preferably with a focus on Operations.
