As an Associate supporting Commercial Excellence & Sales Effectiveness, you will be trusted with ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer data by maintaining consistency between Salesforce.com and SAP (IRIS). It also involves entering pricing information into SAP for new materials and customer specific pricing, as approved by the business and finance teams. This is a 15-month temporary position.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Creating and Maintaining accounts and professionals accurately within SAP and SalesForce.com databases as well as maintaining territory assignments.
• Maintaining Vision Care and Surgical non contracted pricing in SAP.
• Generating and reviewing monthly audit reports with the department manager.
• Documentation & End User training – Conducting end user training sessions (train the trainer) for new functionality as required. Creating user guides and training documentation as needed.
• Commitment to Quality: Adhering to quality management system while conducting functional responsibilities.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Minimum education: Post-Secondary
• 1 to 3 years business experience in database administration, customer service, accounts receivable, or related role

Preferred Qualifications:

• University Degree / College Diploma
• Prior experience with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and Salesforce.com
• Good at following detailed data entry procedures
• Bilingual preferred – French/English
