What You'll Do

In this role you will:

  • Timely responses to customer inquiries by telephone, email or website chatbot in an in or outbound contact /service centre.
  • Resolves mostly routine and some non-routine, more complex problems.
  • Analyses a customer’s service needs and refers to other service or technical departments for follow-up as needed.
  • Use a customer relationship application or database to record activities and research product information.

What You'll Bring

  • You enjoy working with computers and gadgets.
  • You know your way around a computer, laptop or mobile phone.
  • You are ready to learn on the job and follow strict security protocols.
  • Experience working with customers to solve problems – highly regarded.
