Position purpose:
We are looking for a Salesforce Order Management System and Service Cloud Developer with strong integration experience to build, enhance, and stabilize our Service Cloud environment. This role will partner closely with the OMS/Service Cloud Architect to remediate issues from a recent implementation and deliver reliable, agent-friendly solutions for order-related customer service.
This is a hands-on development role focused on Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and automation.

About the role
Salesforce Development
Develop and maintain custom Order Management and Service Cloud functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and declarative tools.
Implement Service Console customizations to surface OMS order data clearly and efficiently for agents.
Build and optimize automation for case creation, order lookups, escalations, and follow-ups.
OMS Integrations
Develop and support real-time and asynchronous integrations between Salesforce OMS and back-end platforms.
Consume and expose REST/SOAP APIs for order status, shipments, returns, and refunds.
Handle complex OMS data structures including order headers, line items, fulfillment events, and RMAs.
Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring for OMS integrations.
Stabilization & Optimization
Troubleshoot and resolve issues stemming from the prior implementation (performance, data inconsistencies, automation conflicts).
Refactor existing Apex, Flows, and LWCs to align with architectural best practices.
Improve system performance and agent usability in high-volume service environments.
Collaboration & Quality
Work closely with architects, admins, QA, and business stakeholders.
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and release management.
Document technical solutions and integration behaviors clearly.
On-Call and Support
Responsible for 24/7 research and resolution of production system problems.
On call – provides day time and after hours on call support.
About you:
Education level: Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience: Over 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Salesforce Core (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and Salesforce Order Management System (OMS).
English level: C1 (Advanced)
Strong Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow skills
Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise order-related systems
Understanding of order management concepts (orders, shipments, returns payment processing and refunds)
Experience debugging complex integration and data issues
Familiarity with Salesforce DX, source control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification
Salesforce Order Management Accredited Professional
Experience with Salesforce integration patterns, APIs, and middleware
Retail or ecommerce service experience
Exposure to other enterprise OMS platforms
