Job Description:

The Senior Finance Analyst is responsible for supporting the Financial Business Partners in generating reports in a timely and accurate manner (responsible for report creation and data transformations; data preparations /assistance required by Business Partners).

Responsible for ensuring quality reports are delivered accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Standard Reports (e.g. P&L, Absorption, Variance)

• Month-end Closing Activities and financial forecasting, budgeting and spend reporting

• CapEx Monitoring

• Improve efficiencies of current reports and support to improve the accuracy, quality, and consistency of data

• Analyze and interpret financial results

• Help identify areas for cost reduction. Launch initiatives by partnering with site finance analysts in analyzing cost drivers, evaluate cost-saving initiatives, and recommend actions to optimize cost efficiency.

• Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards, created from potentially multiple data sources.

• Understanding of data integration issues (validation and cleaning), familiarity with complex data and structures.

• Perform scenario analysis (make or buy, inhouse vs outsource etc.) and provide ad hoc finance reports and analysis, as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

• With 2+ years of work experience; working in semiconductor industry and/or experience in financial planning and analysis is a plus

• Knowledgeable in SAP, Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Word

• Knowledgeable and willing to learn automations thru MS Office Platform; working knowledge in Power BI is a plus

• Knowledgeable and experienced in various closing and forecast process improvement study, directly involved in planning and executing the process transformation thru simplifications and automation using Power BI, and other RPA tools.

• Ability to identify inefficient process, willing to challenge status quo, innovative ideas in exploring and proposing process improvement

• Excellent analytical, accounting/financial, and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to details.

•Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact positively across all levels of the organization

• Excellent presentation skills: ability to present financial information to non-financial audience

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadline

• Excellent team player and can work well even under pressure

• Highly enthusiastic and with strong work ethic
