About the role

This role is responsible for supporting the engagement, optimisation and acquisition of clients to support CPA’s position as the global centre of cerebral palsy expertise and drive a sustainable service offering. You will work in the Marketing and Communications team focused on services, supporting and implementing key campaigns, creating content, event marketing administration and support.

Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):

  • Using storytelling to build engagement with CPA's brand and mission
  • Implementing eDM campaigns to increase the uptake of CPA services among existing clients
  • Using Canva and graphic designers to develop flyers, brochures and presentations
  • Developing comprehensive campaign briefs for agencies
  • Providing administrative support, including coordinating meetings, liaising with stakeholders, and managing invoices
  • Completing Monthly Marketing Reports
  • Monitoring and triaging the Marketing inbox

About you:

  • Proven experience in a marketing and communications role, with a strong background in digital marketing and campaign management
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field is highly regarded
  • Excellent written communication skills across diverse channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and digital campaigns
  • Familiarity with the latest digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Innovative and curious, always seeking new and improved ways to develop and deliver content
