Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A 

Summary of Position

The position of Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting global consolidation, reporting, and analysis. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this position is part of a dynamic team that works in a fast-paced environment, where keen attention to detail and an ability to develop partnerships throughout the business is crucial to success.

Essential Functions

  • Support consolidation of global forecast, identifying key trends, variances, risks, and opportunities
  • Support monthly close analysis, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
  • Manage Global Margin Forecast analysis and identify key commercial insights
  • Drive internal process improvements, with a focus on standardization and automation
  • Assist in creation of executive presentations
  • Create sophisticated financial models to aid in scenario analysis and investment decisions
  • Develop strong partnerships across Global Finance organization
  • Proactively drive ad-hoc analyses and special projects

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant work experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Previous experience with budgeting and analysis, preferably in consumer products
  • Proven analytical skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Objective oriented with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement
  • Exceptional communication and social skills, proven ability to partner cross-functionally
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects in a dynamic environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills required, especially the need to have exceptional modeling skills in Excel
  • Previous experience with financial planning systems such as Adaptive
