What You Will Do:
This role in Guidehouse’s Defense & Security Segment headquartered in Northern Virginia will involve overall management of client delivery, growing client relationships, and leading business development activities within the Department of the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and other Joint DoD organizations, with a focus on growth within the OSD account. The Director will also coordinate and collaborate with Guidehouse leaders within the Defense & Security Sector to identify and pursue growth opportunities, manage delivery quality, and mentor practitioners within the Defense and Intelligence practice.
What You Will Need:
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
Bachelor's degree
FIFTEEN (15) or more years' experience leading diverse teams in a federal consulting environment, with at least FIVE (5) years within the DoD. Consulting experience in the Joint DoD environment is highly desired.
Expert in driving business development activities and leading all aspects of winning federal proposals, with proven ability to generate new wins and revenue for your company.
Cross-functional experience in federal acquisition, human capital/organizational transformation, process improvement, and IT Modernization.
Strong communication and program management skills, and the ability to operate proactively and independently within dynamic and unstructured environments.
Experience leading all aspects of a Defense P&L for greater than $15M/Year
