WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Business Operations & Planning Lead for the Business Operations & Enablement (BOE) team who will support the Consumer Product & Innovation (CP&I) domain. The newest member of our team will be passionate about working through the details to ensure our organization operates efficiently, has the initiative and follow-through necessary to handle projects from end-to-end, and can build strong relationships across the extended leadership team. We are looking for a candidate who has a deep understanding of business operational reporting, an agile-focused mindset, an attention to detail and quick problem-solving abilities are a must.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As a BOE Business Operations & Planning Lead, you will play a critical role in driving performance growth and operational excellence for Nike's Business Operations and Enablement (BOE) team within Global Technology. You will lead the development and implementation of business operations strategies, plans, and processes that drive efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
·Business Operations Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive business operations strategies that align with Nike's overall business objectives and drive growth, profitability, and innovation.
·Business Planning: Lead the development of annual business plans, forecasts, and budgets for the BOE team, ensuring alignment with Nike's overall business objectives and strategies.
·Process Improvement: Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement and lead cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes, systems, and tools that drive efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation.
·Data Analysis and Insights: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure business performance, identify trends and opportunities, and inform business decisions.
·Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of business operations strategies and plans.
·Change Management: Lead and manage change initiatives to ensure successful implementation of new processes, systems, and tools.
·Talent Development: Develop and manage a high-performing team providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Business Operations & Enablement Director. You’ll also work with your peers to deliver operational excellence and collaborate across the board to improve and detail accountabilities and responsibilities in our cross-functional operating model. And you’ll collaborate with partners across the Global Technology landscape, Technical Product Management, Engineering, Human Resources, Finance, Talent & Acquisition and Global Operations groups.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor's Degree: In Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Minimum 5-8 years: Of experience in business operations, planning, or a related field
Proven Track Record: Of driving business growth, profitability, and innovation through business operations strategies and plans.
Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: With the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends and opportunities, and develop and implement effective solutions.
Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: With the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executives.
Strong Management Skills: With the ability to develop and manage high-performing teams and lead change initiatives.
Proven Leadership skills in prior role(s), including ability to motivate direct reports.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SAP preferred
Skillful ability to lead, develop, coach, drive and inspire a team.
Compelling use of storytelling to influence & engage others.
Ability to adapt and lead through times of change.
