The Specialized Analytics Sr Anlst is a seasoned professional role. We are seeking a dynamic professional who can drive impactful change and innovations, and give strategic direction to big priorities (‘Big Rocks’). Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are required. Influences decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.

Responsibilities:

• Drive pivotal decisions through thoughtful key stakeholder analysis
• Give valuable insights and clear direction in solving open-ended business problems that may drive significant business impact
• Own the end-to-end process to produce executive level presentations which appropriately represents the meeting and business objectives
• Synthesizing dense, data-oriented information into language that allows key stakeholders to make decisions quickly
• Specialization in marketing, risk, digital fields possible
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent practical experience
• 8-12 years of experience
• Excellent verbal written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience and develop high quality materials, especially written documents for senior leadership
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle fast-paced independent work, under pressure and prioritize tight deadlines
• Advanced analytic ability and problem solving skills to proactively address business questions with innovative data driven solutions
• Ability to build partnerships with cross-functional teams
• Willing to learn and can-do attitude

• Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
