Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining SAP systems using various tools. Your typical day will involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems and ensuring their smooth functioning. Roles & Responsibilities: - Monitor and maintain SAP systems using various tools, ensuring their smooth functioning. - Identify and resolve issues within multiple components of critical business systems, acting as a software detective. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide dynamic services and solve complex issues. - Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime and maximum system availability. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP monitoring and tools, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP Monitoring & Tools. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of other SAP modules and experience in SAP Basis. - Solid understanding of SAP architecture and infrastructure. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within SAP systems. - Knowledge of ITIL processes and experience in incident management. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Monitoring & Tools. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
