Responsibilities

  • Be a member and support the DCGS-N Family of Systems (FoS) Cybersecurity Team.
  • Provide Cybersecurity support for DCGS-N FoS baselines and application.
  • Provide expertise and direction under the Navy Risk Management Framework (RMF) and DoD Information Assurance Risk Management Framework (DIARMF) processes, to include eMASS workflows.
  • Participate in the analysis and determination of the impact for vulnerabilities.
  • Perform software test planning in support of Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVA) acceptance testing and the DCGS-N FoS patches.
  • Support System Upgrade, Patch and Vulnerability Testing.
  • Provide support to DCGS-H FoS Security Inspections (SI) and Readiness Inspections (RI) efforts.
  • Participate in operational Test & Evaluation (OT&E) testing events, Operational Evaluations (OPEVAL), Integration Testing, and OPEVAL related cybersecurity Testing.

Qualifications

  • BS degree from an accredited college with an Engineering or Applied Science major along with CISSP Certification.
  • Must have over Six (6) years of relevant, applicable professional experience. This experience should include: Performing annual Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E); Identifying potential flaws or weaknesses that could be exploited by potential threat sources; and Documenting and maintaining the System Security Plans (SSPs).
  • Five (5) years of technical experience in support of DCGS-N or other Navy C4I Systems. Experience may be simultaneously.
  • Must be able to qualify for Cybersecurity Work Force (CWF) within 6 months of filling this position.
  • TS/SCI required.
