As a Project manager at IQVIA, your primary responsibility will be to validate the scope, finances and timelines for projects of varying complexity. You will be expected to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders from different business units.
 
You will focus on identifying business needs, refining priorities, outlining milestones and key features, as well as managing opportunities, dependencies and risks.

In addition, you will be tasked with ensuring the quality of the solutions and processed data in cooperation with the development team(s) as well as planning the migration initiatives aiming at replatforming of the solutions to cloud-based technologies. 

You will be working in close collaboration with other Project managers, Product Owners, Enterprise & System Architects and others.

Essential Functions
•    Work with business stakeholders to define solutions, new features and product adjustments to their requirements, ensuring alignment with long-term product strategy and priorities. 
•    Deliver new solutions in the form of projects; define scope, roadmap, budget and acceptance criteria. Maintains change log and risk board.
•    Define and owne all functional, technical and nonfunctional requirements ensuring appropriate prioritization against business objectives, architectural guidance, internal compliance requirements or requirements from dependent teams/organizations. 
•    Create clearly defined tasks for the development team, completes and prioritizes the backlog and plans sprint goals to meet greater objectives
•    Monitor data and analytics product performance and identifies opportunities for improvement
•    Provide guidance to business stakeholders on how to effectively use these products
•    Develop and maintains documentation, training materials, and user guides for data and analytics products

Qualifications:

•    Master or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Healthcare or a related field, or equivalent experience
•    Demonstrated experience in working with IT development teams on building solutions with strong quality, cost effectiveness and process standardization (e.g. Release management process) 
•    Professional experience in a Project manager role (minimum 5 years)
•    Fluent in English – written as well as spoken 
•    Knowledge / Experience in utilizing Agile / traditional Project management methods/frameworks (certifications like: Scrum Product Owner, Prince 2, PMI or similar).
•    Proven ability to perform a broad range of activities without guidance, with significant personal autonomy, delivering sustainable value-added outcomes in a range of contexts.
•    Experience with population health data (EMR/LRx) is an advantage 
•    Data analysis and data modelling knowledge is an advantage
•    Experience in working in Azure Cloud is a plus
•    Experience working with technologies like: Cloudera, Oracle, HDFS, Apache Hive is a plus
