Job Description Summary:

This role is responsible for driving the insights work required to understand TCCC marketplace performance in LATAM and drive actions that support Operations and Category teams to win in the market.
What You’ll Do for Us
Bring together marketplace data from Scan/Retail Audits (e.g. Nielsen, Global Data, Meiko, etc.) Home Panel (e.g. Kantar) and other marketplace measurement sources to provide insights that explain TCCC market share monthly/quarterly performance
Partner with Franchise Operation, Category teams and Franchise Strategy Integration to gather information of TCCC and competitor moves across all LATAM geographies to build a common LATAM Operating Unit (OU) market share performance story.
Create strong narratives and visuals to be delivered in the LATAM Leadership routines focused on support decision making.
Be a key partner to the team developing Industry Estimates and Industry projections to provide input of category and TCCC share in-year evolution by country to ensure consistency with the global
Manage Holistic Industry Share Tracker (HIST) protocol for LATAM, partnering closely with Marketing Platform Services to ensure consistency of results and provide local input to evolve the model.
Partner with Global Platform Services Marketing Data team and OU Digital Services, Data & Analytics teams to ensure: 1) continuous improvement of the marketplace measurement data quality, 2) the delivery of comprehensive and insightful reporting 3) the development of the advanced analytics projects (forecasting, machine learning, etc).
Qualification & Requirements
+7 years of experience in several Business Development roles, such as Strategy, Planning, Insights, Consulting among others
Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or Advanced Degree preferred
Experience working across teams and geographies in a complex, global environment leading or leveraging teams of internal and external resources.
Marketplace & shopper knowledge & experience using third-party data to solve business problems and developing data driven stories and recommendations.
Ability to understand and communicate the larger picture, tell data driven stories to a variety of seniority levels. Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and handle conflicting priorities
Network/Resources: Ability to develop diverse network/resources to leverage "best in class" knowledge, approaches, and processes
Comfort in navigating uncertainty and ability to drive clarity across various stakeholders in the Operating Unit, Central Functions and Platform Services
