Director Affiliate Program will manage and enhance the experience of corporate sponsors and their guests during event. This role involves innovative hospitality management and strategic program design to ensure that the key sponsors, such as leading global brands and organizations, receive exceptional service and value from their involvement in the event.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Design and Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive Affiliates Hospitality Program, including fulfillment of suites and lounge tickets for matches, ensuring a memorable and premium experience tailored to the needs of corporate sponsors at high standards.
Affiliates Hospitality Village(s) Development: Oversee the creation and operation, from concept to delivery, of an "Affiliates Hospitality Village" or similar concepts that serve as central hubs for sponsor activities, offering unique engagement opportunities and enhanced hospitality services. This includes development and implementation of design, infrastructure, catering, entertainment and administration management among other tasks.
Commercial Hospitality Servicing: Responsible for ensuring the highest level of service for sponsors' commercial hospitality journey. This includes preparing necessary sales materials and correspondence, fulfilling package requirements, and overseeing the onsite delivery of the Commercial Hospitality Program.
Venue Coordination: Manage multiple venue arrangements across a wide geographic footprint specific to sponsor needs, ensuring that layouts, branding, and facilities reflect the high standards expected by both rights holder and the sponsors.
Sponsor Relations and Communication: Maintain continuous communication with sponsors to manage expectations, gather feedback, and address any specific requests or concerns. Build and sustain strong relationships to ensure sponsor satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Inventory & Fulfillment: Oversee the seating allocation of contractual and purchased hospitality tickets and the design and delivery of fulfillment items.
Financial and Team Management: Direct a specialized team dedicated to the Affiliates Program, setting budgets, monitoring expenditures, managing invoices and ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality of service and that financial practices align with both the rights holders guidelines and sponsor agreements.
Sales and Incremental Opportunities: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on opportunities for additional sponsor benefits, such as increased allocations (or affiliate ticket buy-backs), exclusive experiences, and other opportunities to enhance the overall value of their investment.
Event Execution and Logistics: Coordinate logistics across multiple venues and matches, ensuring seamless integration of sponsor activities into the broader event framework. Manage schedules, transportation, and on-site services to guarantee a smooth experience for all sponsor guests.
Performance Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyze program effectiveness and provide reports to rights holder and On Location leadership. Use data-driven insights to refine and improve the program continuously. Preparation final project debrief, including debrief per sponsor.
Qualifications:
Advanced Event, Hospitality, or Program Management Skills: Proven ability to manage large-scale events and complex programs, ideally within a sports or significant public international event context.
Strong Relationship and Stakeholder Management Abilities: Skilled in nurturing relationships and providing customer service with high-value corporate sponsors and adept at balancing multiple stakeholder needs.
Creative and Strategic Thinking: Ability to conceptualize and implement innovative hospitality solutions that differentiate the sponsor experience and deliver added value.
Robust Financial Acumen: Competence in managing significant budgets and financial reporting, with a keen understanding of cost-efficiency and value creation.
Leadership and Team Development: Experience leading diverse teams and the ability to inspire and direct staff towards achieving excellence in service delivery.
Detail Oriented: Stay organized, with the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills, crucial for engaging with various internal and external groups, including senior executives and VIPs.
Cultural Competence: Demonstrated ability to be inclusive and work effectively with diverse cultures and international clients, understanding and respecting cultural differences to enhance the guest experience.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.
