About Team: Cloud Powered Checkout
The Cloud Powered Checkout team supports successful deployment and adoption of next gen Checkout technology across the enterprise. CPC, Walmart’s Cloud Powered Checkout platform, is critical enabler for store POS customer shopping journey. Our platform powers the cart and checkout experiences for customers shopping at Walmart (US and Intl.) and Sam’s Club.
What you'll do:
This role will drive CPC adoption and identify new opportunities to drive seamless omni-customer experiences. This role will partner closely with the front-end POS team, store operations, store technology teams, business stakeholders, analytics team. This role will work with data teams to mine customer feedback, to clearly understand customer behavior and target the right segment of customers to drive incremental GMV, retention, identification, and reduce checkout times.
Your work will make shopping seamless for millions of people and you will have a direct impact on the business goals of Fortune #1 company. This role also offers a unique opportunity to innovate and improve on ways to use data to solve problems. A successful candidate will have an established background in launching software or services, technical background or experience driving technical products, an entrepreneurial background, and a passion for great customer-centric products.
Responsibilities:
·Ability to drive large scale transformation initiatives and define multi-quarter roadmaps and PRDs.
·Drive visibility and communicate with clarity for all initiatives
·Develop and deliver an integrated plan to both enhance, leverage and expand platform capabilities
·Work cross-functionally with partner teams across multiple locations: communication, collaboration, and organization are key to your success
·Research trends and patterns in the market: perform industry research and competitor product analysis. Must know the current competitive landscape, but also drive new and innovative solutions that unlock the capabilities of Walmart’s growth efforts
PM will be responsible for the entire PDLC – roadmap and KPI definition, PRD, documenting data flows, socializing requirements with partner product and tech teams, execution, post production launch monitoring, evaluating post launch success with metrics/data, and triaging critical production incidents.

Sunnyvale, California US-08479:The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00
