Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and implementation of applications. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines and budget. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development. - Strong understanding of SAP ABAP programming concepts and principles. - Experience in designing and developing SAP applications using ABAP. - Knowledge of SAP modules and integration with other systems. - Hands-on experience in debugging and performance tuning of ABAP programs. - Experience in working with SAP Fiori and UI5 is a plus. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA. - Experience in SAP integration technologies such as SAP PI/PO. - Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts. - Experience in working with Agile methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
