As the Supply Excellence Manager, you are a strategic, hands-on leader with deep expertise in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and a proven ability to develop and execute foundational strategies in both startup and FMCG environments. You bring over 8 years of experience implementing World Class initiatives such as TPM and IWS, driving measurable success. Comfortable working cross-functionally with senior leaders, you excel at leading teams through transformation, managing complex projects, and navigating change management. Your curiosity fuels continuous improvement, and your ability to balance strategy with execution makes you a strong fit for a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Plant Director, with a strong dotted line to the Health and Wellness Supply Excellence team. This role will oversee direct reports focused on Education, Training, and Focused Improvement efforts.

 

The Critical Success Factors

You will be most successful if you:

· Have experience and passion for developing foundational strategies and working from a blank slate with execution of the principles of various TPM Pillars

· Come with solid experience working with and understanding TPM principles and methods, specifically in areas such as AM (Autonomous Maintenance), PM (Planned Maintenance), FI (Focused Improvement), ET (Education & Training), and DMS (Daily Management Systems).

· Are able to flex between being tactical and strategic in a startup environment

· Have led teams through periods of transformation

· Are able to build strong relationships with stakeholders

· Are curious: come into process with open mindset and asking questions

· Successfully train, coach, provide feedback, and take a hand on approach to process and team member development

· Are an experienced change management practitioner and/or influencer

 

Experience you Need

· A bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or Supply Chain required.

· 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing, supply chain environment.

· 8+ years of experience leading and practically implementing World Class initiatives such as TPM, and IWS at FMCG companies.

· Understanding of internal manufacturing and major business processes, with a focus on FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) as a beneficial background.

· Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with Senior Leaders and stakeholders.

· Proven track record in developing and leading strategy execution with proven results.

· Eagerness to analyze processes and inspired by maximizing value within the operational context.

· Self starter and self driven- able to determine priorities and execute

· Excellence in Project Management, with knowledge in areas such as food safety, associate safety, P&L (Profit and Loss) principles, and Supply/Manufacturing practices.

· Strong analytical mindset coupled with substantial project management experience.

· Proven track record of successfully implementing improvement projects that lead to measurable financial savings in a sustainable manner.

· Strong understanding of Change Management principles.

· 5+ years of supervisory experience.

 

Experience that would be nice to have

· Experience with project management tools and software like Asana, Microsoft Projects etc

· Experience in Tableau/Power BI from user end

· Experience in administrative capabilities in Learning Management Systems such as Alchemy

· Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma/other equivalent certification

· Experience with MES Systems such as Redzone, Tracksys etc

· Bi-lingual, Spanish speaking
