About the Creative Marketing Team at Sam's Club
We're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Project Manager who can breathe life into our brand promise within the club. Your role will be to collaborate with main sectors of our organization and our inventive teams to roll out marketing strategies that put our members first - positioning Sam's Club at the forefront of brand advocacy. You will report to a Sr. Project Manager. You'll ensure the successful implementation of programs across the Marketing department by aligning them with organizational goals, leading the development of campaigns/programs, securing leadership endorsement. You will be on-site in Bentonville, Arkansas at the Sam's Club Home Office.


What you'll do:
•    Fostering Connections: you'll cultivate alliances with internal business associates, members of the Creative & Content teams, and occasionally, external agencies
•    Manage the daily campaign operations:
–     Managing multiple, complex, and concurrent projects
–     Coordinate with all partners to ensure that all deliverables are met
–     Parse feedback to appropriate partners and ensure all changes are implemented at each appropriate stage


What you'll bring:
•    You are comfortable working, managing complex projects and producing deliverables that are digital, print, and signage focused
•    You can identify potential roadblocks early on and work around them
•    You have a customer-centric attitude, and display soft negotiation skills
•    You love process - following it, developing it, and keeping others accountable to it
•    You can oversee the production process from start to finish with finesse
•    You maneuver through multiple Project Management tools, you are open to operating within diverse systems

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in business, video production, film, broadcast journalism, mass communications and 2 years' experience in broadcasting, video production or related field, including 1 year's experience as a video producer with client or project management experience OR 4 years' experience in broadcasting, video production or related field, including 1 year as a video producer with client or project management experience.
