What you will do:

You will be responsible for managing project management activities for functional projects. You will will set operational objectives and deliver results that directly impact the achievement of results. Ensure the on-budget and timely execution of specific projects. You will use your influencing skills to convince others internally to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches. Work on problems that are not fully defined and require gaining an understanding and consideration of other job areas.

How you will do it:

  • Manage project management activities for various functional projects.

  • Ensure projects are executed on-budget and within specified timelines.

  • Set operational objectives and drive results affecting job area achievements.

  • Utilize influence to advocate for new concepts, practices, and approaches internally.

  • Address and resolve vaguely defined problems with consideration of other job areas.

What we look for:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Effective communication abilities with various stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

  • Experience working in or with a Human Resource function
