About the Role

Responsible for supporting specific function and business unit in addressing their human resources related needs

职责描述：

1. 基于分公司人才发展需求，制订年度培训规划，为业务部门提供人才发展解决方案；

2. 根据中国区和分公司培训规划，执行和跟踪全年培训进度，管控培训预算的实施；

3. 基于Wellbeing全面健康框架策划和开展各类员工活动，包括但不限于员工大会、Outing&TB、员工认可等，推动机构员工敬业度提升；

4. 负责机构绩效及薪酬管理、员工福利计划等C&B相关工作；

5. 结合业务需求，由部门主管临时安排的其它工作事项。

任职要求：

1. 本科或以上学历，985/211优先，企业管理或相关专业，至少 5年人力资源工作经验；

2. 熟悉人才发展相关工具，具备较强的逻辑思维和沟通表达能力；

3. 能独立完成培训和员工活动项目执行，具有良好的服务意识和创新能力；

4. 良好的中英文表达能力。
