In this critical role, you will be a key player in our marketing analytics team, partnering with campaign analysts and user engagement analysts to unlock the power of data and optimize our marketing funnel for maximum conversions. You will focus on analyzing website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead the analysis of website traffic data to identify trends, understand user behavior, and optimize conversion rates
Lead user segmentation research creating and measuring audiences
Lead customer journey-related projects aligning with engagement clients and campaign analyst for 360 views and alignment between all marketing departments
Deep dive into business priorities and convert them into actionable web analytics projects
Work with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product development to define success metrics, KPIs, and reporting dashboards
Champion large-scale website projects, leading data analysis and providing recommendations to improve user experience and drive conversions
Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing analytics trends, tools, and technologies
Mentor junior analysts and foster a collaborative data-driven culture within the marketing team
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, with 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing analytics
Proven track record of successfully driving conversion rate optimization initiatives
Strong analytical skills with expertise in web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders across departments
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines
