Events Specialist. The position will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality events from conceptualization to realization.

The successful candidate will:

• Collaborate with clients to understand and develop their event concepts and objectives.
• Create and manage the organization’s events calendar.
• Coordinate both on and off-site event logistics and effectively manage event operations.
• Assist in the development and organization of marketing materials.
• Prepare financial reports, track expenses, and reconcile invoices.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Conduct post-event evaluations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Events Specialist or Coordinator or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules.
• Project Management certification and/ or experience will be an asset.
