Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the systems and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth functioning of production systems. - Monitor and analyze system performance to identify and resolve any issues. - Implement and maintain automation tools and processes to improve efficiency. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. - Document and maintain system configurations and processes. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies. - Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Bash. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab. - Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Ansible. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
