About the role
We are seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to improve our digital marketing strategies across various channels including email, paid advertising, and our expanding channels. Collaborating closely with our Growth Manager, you will implement planned strategies and ensure cohesive brand messaging, specifically focusing on effective segmentation to increase engagement.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop multi-channel lifecycle strategies for our B2B audiences, encompassing onboarding, engagement, retention and upsell initiatives.
- Analyze data and insights to identify opportunities for optimization and segmentation, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Create, build, and send targeted email campaigns via our email CRM to engage and convert our audience.
- Monitor email performance metrics, conduct A/B testing on subject lines and content, and iterate based on insights gained.
- Defining key channel metrics, leading experimentation and reporting on them
- Measure and share accurate results post-launch, using insights to influence future plans.
- Utilize a multi-channel strategic approach, incorporating all available channels, to develop and optimize campaigns. Gain cross-functional alignment to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Craft and develop content for email and paid marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the agent content team to create attractive promotional materials, long-form content, and graphics for usage with marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Engagement Growth Manager to brainstorm and develop content strategies that improve customer engagement and drive conversions.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.
In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $88,200.00 - $140,800.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
Who you are
- 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- You have a strong grasp of HubSpot and have successfully implemented segmentation strategies in CRM tools to improve the personalization and efficiency of marketing communications. Familiarity with HTML and CSS is an added advantage.
- You understand design principles and can use Canva and Figma to build visually appealing emails and marketing collateral that follow brand guidelines.
- You have a deep passion for email marketing and content creation, with a proven ability to develop targeted campaigns that engage and convert audiences.
- You are data-driven, with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics, and use insights to continuously optimize email campaigns and content strategies.
- You are a proactive collaborator who enjoys working in a team environment and thrive on sharing ideas to improve customer engagement and drive conversions.
- You stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends and standard methodologies, enthusiastically incorporating new knowledge into your work.
- You possess a fundamental knowledge of marketing channels, lifecycle stages, and important metrics.
- Prior experience in the B2B advertising business is a plus.
