We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Director of Marketing (Campaigns) to lead our marketing team and collaborate directly with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) on driving impactful marketing campaigns. T
he successful candidate will have deep expertise in managing and optimizing marketing campaigns, implementing CRM strategies, and advancing brand development. This role requires a proven track record in creating and executing successful marketing initiatives that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.
📝 Role overview:
Ideal for candidates with experience managing campaigns for specific products, even if they haven’t directly worked with those products.
Role involves driving marketing through campaigns where deals are bundled and promoted as packages.
Primarily involves creating and executing online marketing campaigns, rather than highly creative or "soft" roles.
Our team operates primarily online (Asana, Jira, ...), is result-oriented, and analytical.
Suitable for individuals with backgrounds such as CMO, Head of Campaigns, Senior Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, etc.
🚀 You’ll spend time on the following:
Strategic Leadership: Work closely with the CMO to define the strategic direction for all marketing campaign activities. Provide leadership and mentorship to marketing teams, ensuring they have clear goals, adequate support, and necessary resources.
Campaign Management: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns centered around seasonal events, gifting, and key themes. Oversee campaign execution to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
CRM Strategy: Lead CRM initiatives to boost customer engagement and loyalty through targeted email, SMS, and push notification campaigns. Use data-driven insights to personalize and optimize CRM efforts.
App Marketing: Manage the marketing and promotion of the company’s app, focusing on driving user acquisition and increasing engagement.
Brand Development: Create and implement brand awareness campaigns, using metrics and customer feedback to measure success and refine strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Global Operations teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Communicate marketing plans, results, and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Budget Management: Oversee the budget for marketing campaigns and CRM initiatives, ensuring resources are used efficiently and effectively. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Team Management: Supervise teams involved in design, integrated marketing planning, merchandising, and managed channels (email, SMS, push notifications). Promote a collaborative and innovative team environment, supporting professional growth and development.
✅ Key Qualifications:
Strong understanding of business objectives and common sense.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Extensive experience in a senior marketing role, with a focus on campaigns, CRM, and brand development.
Proven track record in multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional channels.
Strong expertise in CRM strategies and managing customer engagement channels.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical abilities and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
English at C1/C2 level.
