POSITION TITLE: HR Service Delivery - Workforce Senior Analyst
WORK SETUP: Hybrid

OVERALL PURPOSE:
Workforce Terminations & Separation - Managing and executing the terminations & separation of employees within BHP.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Act as Junior Team Lead and to spend 75% of their time on supervisory activities on 25% or processing transactions
• Act as escalation point to the Associate manager
• Responsible for developing and ensuring integrity and consistency of set Terminations processes/procedures applicable to the accounts being handled.
• Responsible for ensuring Service Delivery to the client, balancing staffing requirements with operational efficiencies and financial goals.
• Conduct monthly coaching and performance feedback to their direct reports

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Open to college graduate and undergraduate with relevant work experience

• Must have at least 3 years of experience in HR Workforce

• Knowledge of resourcing, recruiting, onboarding and movements processes.

• Expertise in use of EC, SAP, Success Factors ATS and Onboarding systems
