Purpose Statement: Business Analysts provide Customer Service Excellence by helping customers implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way, determining the requirements of a project or program, communicating them clearly to stakeholders and solutions development, and helping end users test and deploy the solutions.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Work with business partners to elicit high-level requirements and business needs, followed by articulating those into documented business requirements and demands. Assist with prioritization exercises by providing cost and effort estimation/analysis. Manage the priority of demands to map them appropriately into a process focused functionality roadmap.
- Contribute as a global team member as part of the overall application delivery process. Represent customers by collaborating with all IT Teams (e.g. Infrastructure, Development, Support) to ensure that business requirements are understood and that solutions meet expectations.
- Understand business processes and systems for assigned customer areas and act as a liaison for the customer area between IT, product teams, and the customer.
- Manage and successfully deliver low to moderate complexity efforts.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
- A minimum of an Associate’s degree is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 0-2 years of related experience is required
- ECBA certification achieved or expected within role
- Agile and Lean Six Sigma certifications are desirable
- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
- Experience in computing systems or IT support is highly desirable

Physical Requirements:
- Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level.
