ACCIONA, in its Water Business, is looking for a new Business Development Manager.

Main desired functions:

• Propose and develop new business growth opportunities in Southeast Asia.
• Coordinate with Construction and O&M teams for the development of proposals in the region and for transition phases once the tender is won.
• Propose the way to proceed in all commercial aspects of operations, including development and asset contracts, acquisitions and divestments, formation of joint venture agreements and partnerships.
• Ensure the Company's compliance with regulatory legal requirements, policies, and internal standards.
• Recommend acquisitions and divestments.
• Conduct financial analysis of investments.
• Manage the budget for Acciona Agua in Southeast Asia.
• Secure funding for investments in assets from external suppliers.
• Represent Acciona Agua in key Southeast Asian countries in dealings with Government, Industry, Stakeholder Groups, and investors.
• Participate in Marketing, Public Relations, and brand development.
• Represent Acciona Agua in Southeast Asia within the Spanish business community in matters relevant to the Oceania region.
• Serve on the executive boards of Acciona Agua companies in the area of operation.
• Propose development goals in Southeast Asia.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with international colleagues, including relations with other Acciona Group business lines (Infrastructure, Energy, etc.) and functional areas such as IT, HR, Finance...
• Develop business plans and reports with senior management.
• Ensure that adequate risk control systems are in place.

Main desired Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar.
• A degree in Business Administration (ADE) with a master's linked to Water Treatment is also valid.
• A minimum of 15-20 years of experience in similar roles.
• Good level of English, minimum B2.
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs: Word, Excel, etc.
