Sporty Group is seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager/HR Assistant to join our dynamic team
in Madrid. You will play a key role in managing our two-floor office and TV studio, overseeing daily
operations, and providing support in administration and human resources. This hybrid position requires
knowledge of Spanish labor laws, experience working with international teams, and multitasking across
HR and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:
- Assist with recruitment, meeting the company’s growth goals.
- Supervise employee contracts, payroll, and provide advice on labor regulations.
- Coordinate with the Tech team for onboarding processes and technical setup.
- Provide guidance to employees on daily HR inquiries.
- Develop and implement policies such as health and safety plans, teleworking agreements, and
time tracking systems.
- Maintain HRIS and internal Google Drive files in an organized manner.
- Foster a positive working environment through trips and team-building activities.
- Oversee employee scheduling and rosters.
- Collaborate with the international HR department and offer support when required.
Administration/Office Management:
- Track company invoices, correctly name and store them for the finance department.
- Update banking records and prepare budgets and provisions.
- Arrange IT supplies for the office and TV studio.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate budgets, and handle payments.
- Organize employee travel and assist with regional/global retreats.
- Oversee office maintenance, manage key cards, alarm systems, and cleaning services.
- Support procurement of supplies for the office and studio.


Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Solid knowledge of Spanish labor laws.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sports and audiovisual media is a plus (not mandatory).
- Hybrid role with 4 days of office attendance per week. Flexibility required during certain times of
the year.
