Your New Role…

Reporting to the Manager, Early Talent APAC, the Early Talent Advisor is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring students and recent graduates for internships and entry-level positions in Hyderabad. The successful person will have the opportunity to make a real impact in our strategies to attract and pipeline a diverse future workforce. 

Your Role Accountabilities…

  • Recruitment of Warner Bros. Discovery’s Early Talent programmes in Hyderabad.
  • Assist the Early Talent Manager in developing and implementing the Early Talent strategy for Hyderabad. 
  • Shortlist, screen and assess candidate applications for entry-level roles and internships (both high volume and more specialist/niche campaigns). 
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to keep candidates warm throughout the process.
  • Organise and facilitate recruitment events and interviews for potential recruits. 
  • Organise attendance at campus careers events to promote our Early Talent schemes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local educational institutions.
  • With the support of the Early Talent Manager, implement & faciliate learning and engagement programmes to provide coaching and development to ensure Interns, Apprentices and Trainees are well-networked in the business. 
  • General administration and organisation to ensure smooth delivery of initiatives. 

Qualifications & Experience…

  • Previous recruitment experience, either in-house or agency, with experience of managing high-volume recruitment projects. Experience in Early Talent/Campus Recruitment is desirable.
  • Project management skills (able to effectively manage expectations, follow timelines, and communicate progress).
  • Organised with strong attention to detail. 
  • Able to take initiative and work proactively. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
