We are seeking an enthusiastic High-Volume Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This role is designed for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about finding the best talent. The Hybrid Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top candidates to meet our company's growth needs, while supporting our efforts to create a strong and diverse workforce.

Location: Hybrid (Remote & Onsite) from our London Office - 345 Ridout St N, London, ON N6A 2N8.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer stage for a variety of roles across the organization, with a focus on high-volume hiring.
  • Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract top talent for both remote and onsite positions.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct interviews (both remote and in-person), and assess candidates for cultural and skill fit.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to fill open positions efficiently.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining effective communication throughout the hiring process and creating a welcoming interview environment.
  • Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador for Bill Gosling Outsourcing, showcasing our culture and opportunities to potential candidates.
  • Data Tracking and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, generate reports, and provide updates to leadership on recruitment progress and challenges.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with local employment laws and company policies.


Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a high-volume environment.  

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.  
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.  
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Experience with data reporting and recruitment metrics.
  • A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.  
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
