Overview:

The HR Process and Technology specialist will lead initiatives and ensure the optimization of the Company’s HR systems within the Workday platform modules such as Core HCM, Performance Management, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Benefits, Absence and Payroll.  This position will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, enhancing user experience, building effective HCM platform and modules while maintaining compliance across the Company’s global HR processes.

Responsibilities

  • Supports global HR Operations improvement projects both long-term or ad-hoc to drive operational efficiency, create scalable solutions, and enhance employee experience.

  • Partner closely with Global COE teams to ensure the best processes and practices are designed and implemented in the region.

  • Partners with all lines of HR such as HR Operations, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition to identify needs or opportunities for process improvements.

  • Engage the Workday platform to implement solutions to optimize HR, manager and employee experiences.

  • Leads HRIS (Workday) projects from inception to completion, encompassing project planning, schedule development, configuration, testing, training, resources, and change management.

Qualifications: 

  • 7+ years of previous HR Tech/HRIS implementation experience is required.

  • 5+ years of experience in a Workday with various modules with a focus on business process administration and configuration.

  • 5+ years of experience working with HR compliance audits, process improvement and governance.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience desired.

  • Experience with full life cycle HR Technology-related projects, including requirements gathering, design, execution, testing, and change management is a must.
