What You’ll Do?
- Provide end-user support to ensure seamless IT operations.
- Perform tasks such as computer setup, backup management, and formatting.
- Manage Active Directory and Office 365 user accounts effectively.
- Address incoming requests via the IT support application, ensuring proper resolution or assignment to relevant teams.
- Utilize ITSM tools for inventory management and oversee the deployment of updates for computers and related devices.
Who You Are?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role,
- For male candidates, military service must be completed,
- Possess a valid Class B driver’s license,
- Proficient in managing macOS and Windows environments,
- Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective interpersonal abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset,
- Hands-on experience with Office 365 and Exchange systems,
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 and ITIL processes is a plus,
- Exceptional time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities effectively,
- Familiarity with ManageEngine Service Desk, AD Self Service, and Endpoint Central tools is highly preferred.
